Major League Pickleball Welcomes Seven New Official Partners for 2024 Season and Beyond

New Partners Highlighted by Beverage, Health, and Wellness Brands

MLP by Margaritaville (MLP) today announced new partnership agreements with seven national companies, who become official league sponsors starting with the 2024 season:

  • Blueberries (U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council), the official fruit of MLP
  • Blue Note Bourbon, the official bourbon of MLP
  • MALK Organics, the official plant-based milk of MLP
  • The OSUCCC – James, the official cancer center of MLP
  • EltaMD, the official sunscreen of MLP
  • Joggy, the official energy drink of MLP
  • CURREX, the official insole partner of MLP

Each of the new partners will activate at a select number of MLP’s 11-event 2024 schedule.

Blueberries, promoted by the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council, is the first-ever produce commodity to partner with MLP. As a naturally sweet boost of nutrition for a healthy and active lifestyle, blueberries will be featured in the VIP and player hospitality areas during several MLP events, in addition to appearing in on-court signage, advertising during livestream and linear broadcasts, and on social media. Special National Blueberry Month activities are also planned at MLP events in July.

Blue Note Bourbon will enhance the MLP experience throughout the 2024 season. Exclusive cocktails will be available at all events, sold at concession stands and served in VIP lounges. In Atlanta, Miami, and Dallas, attendees can further explore the brand’s storied tradition and award-winning whiskeys with tastings held at their booth, which will also feature convenient phone charging stations. On court, Blue Note Bourbon will co-host clinics with MLP and maintain visibility with signage and their logo on the livestream score box.

MALK Organics will showcase its range of organic plant-based milks with product samples for all attendees, starting at MLP Atlanta. Known for its premium taste and gum-free and oil-free formula, MALK offers clean, simple ingredients in its almond and oat beverages. MALK’s presence will be reinforced with on-court signage, telecast advertisements, and booth activations at all MLP events this year. To kick off the partnership, MALK has had a billboard featuring MLP continuously running in Times Square throughout the last month. 

The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, a national cancer institute designated comprehensive cancer center since 1976 and a top cancer hospital as ranked by U.S. News & World Report for 25 years, will share the importance of cancer screenings and a healthy lifestyle by sponsoring “The James Check-In Area” at all events. This essential area for the entry of players, staff, and guests will feature informational material and sunscreen dispensers will be available at the check-in area and throughout the venues. 

EltaMD, the #1 dermatologist-recommended, trusted and personally used professional sun care brand, will bolster fan sun safety by offering broad spectrum sunscreen throughout MLP event venues via dispensers provided by The OSUCCC – James that will be strategically placed to ensure accessibility. EltaMD will also distribute a variety of sunscreen options in VIP, player, and team owner lounge areas to provide a SPF suited for every need.

Joggy will bring its clean, plant-based energy drink to key events with interactive booths, where fans can experience the difference of their AmaTea® Max formula and bold flavors, and pick up cool merchandise. Joggy’s invigorating beverages will be available at concessions and provided in VIP and player lounges. The brand’s vibrant presence will be felt throughout the venues with prominent court signage. 

Earlier this year, CURREX, launched the CURREX PICKLEBALLPRO. These dynamic insoles are specifically engineered for the unique demands of pickleball, and CURREX will provide insole fittings for players at events, starting with MLP Atlanta. CURREX will have products for purchase and offer consultations at four MLP events, utilizing their proprietary Insole Finder to help people find a highly customized fit.

Additional partners for various MLP events include HairClub and Cigna Healthcare:

  • HairClub, the trusted leader in hair loss solutions, will provide information about their life-changing solutions and fun gifts at their tent in Atlanta, Washington DC, Virginia Beach, Miami, Dallas, and Orlando.
  • Health benefits provider Cigna Healthcare will engage with attendees in Atlanta and Dallas, showcasing its health plans and services to promote better health and vitality for older adults.
