St. Louis Shock Advance Out of Group Stage

The St. Louis Shock advanced out of the Group Stage and into the playoff bracket in the team's latest appearance at MLP Daytona, following impressive wins over the Florida Smash and ATX Pickleballers in their first two matches of the weekend.

After falling short to the LA Mad Drops, the crowned Champions of MLP's prior Mesa event, the Shock advanced into the Quarterfinal slot.

The Shock battled the New Jersey 5's, whom they had also encountered at MLP Mesa, but fell short to the 5's and failed to advance to the Semi Finals.  The 5's feature pickleball phenom and current world number one player Anna Leigh Waters, who displayed an impressive importance and stopped the Shock shy of finishing in the final four.

The Shock are next in action at MLP San Clemente, June 15th through June 18th.
